You can pay for your order using the following methods :

Cash on Delivery:

If you choose this payment method, you will pay directly to the Courier representative. Free delivery is provided for purchases/ order over 40€.

Debit or Credit Card

If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to pay safely in the Piraeus environment. The details of your card are protected through the online security system.

You can pay for your order by depositing the amount to our bank account or by transferring the amount to our bank account. Shipping Methods

  • Shipping orders is free in purchases over 40 € throughout Greece, made with the “Geniki Taxydromiki / ELTA Courier”. Delivery time is 2-5 working days from the time of order, depending on the place of delivery.

Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are delivered in 3-5 working days and are charged with shipping costs of 12€ per order.

  • You can order the item of your choice online, using one of the search methods on the website or by surfing our online catalog
  • You can order the items of your choice by phone at 2510 222142. We need the product code, your contact details and the recipient’s postal address.

Returns Policy

  • You can return a product within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • If you want to change the product for a different size or color and it is due to a mistake of the company, the respective costs are covered by us.
If you want to change the product after consultation with us, send email to info@mourato.gr or called at 2510 222142. Shipping and return costs are charged to the customer 5€. You can ONLY make one change in each product. In case the customer foρ personal reasons wants to return the product, he should contact us at info@mourato.gr or call 2510 222142. we will credit the value of the product you returned within the next 15 days. Shipping and return costs are charged to the customer 8€.

The responsibility for the return of products lies solely with the customer. That is why you must make sure that the product is very well packaged when it is returned.

    No, you can buy as a guest. You must fill in the form with the details First Name, Last Name, Email, Telephone (optional) and Address (Street, Number, City / Area, Prefecture).

    In purchases over 40€ has free shipping. Ιn purchases under 40€ the customer pays 3€.

    There are some payment methods that can be chosen: by bank transfer, by card at Piraeus Bank.

  • Can I choose another shipping method?

    We cooperate with the courier companies Geniki Taxydromiki / ELTA Courier. If you want another way to send your order you can contact us at 2510 222142 before completing your order.

  • How can I find out about my order?

    With the number of your order you have information about the current status of your order and if it is already possible – the delivery date.

  • How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

    Courier companies pick up your order the same or the next working day. The delivery time of the shoes is 1-3 working days and it depends on the area in which you are. (Inaccessible areas may take another 1-2 days)
